How does pricing work?
If services are rendered, our minimum pickup rate is $120 which covers the space of a sofa. From there, we increase by about $25 increments depending on what is added to the truck from there. Our crew will be able to solidify a number with you before starting their job!

How big are your trucks?
Our trucks are 12’ x 8’ x 5’ with 18 cubic yards of space. We also have mid-sized dumpsters that you would normally find on a construction site. Our dumpsters can fit around 8 pickup truck beds worth of junk.

Can you handle full house cleanouts?
Absolutely. We specialize in full property cleanouts. Any type of job: high end estate cleanouts to hoarder scenarios, we handle it all.

Are quotes free?
Yes, we offer free quotes! If services are not rendered, you will not receive a fee from TCC. We only charge once we complete your removal project.

What items do you take?
We can remove all types of items. If you don’t want it, we can remove it. A few environmental waste items do come with an additional cost to remove. These items include paint, oil, pressurized canisters, CRT TVs, and tires.

Do you offer dumpster rentals?
Yes! If you prefer a DIY approach to your removal/demo projects, then give us a call to rent a can! Our cans are 18 cubic yards and cost $350 for a week’s rental. A great budget option for medium to large projects!

Should I leave the workers a tip?
Tipping is always appreciated, but never expected! If you feel that you were exceptionally cared for, you may consider tipping 10-20% of your job.

What do you do with the junk?
We have a sustainability mission to recycle, resell, and donate all we can to reduce the impact on our local landfills. Our crew will set aside items that may be repurposed while on site and later bring such items to our warehouse for further processing. Otherwise, what is not kept is taken to the proper disposal center to either recycle or further separate for environmentally conscious disposal via a transfer station.
